Dynamic Hire (Contract to Hire / C2H Staffing) is a performance based recruiting method in which the talent is initially deployed by the recruitment partner to work on the client's project for a period of time to observe the performance of the talent. During this time, if the talent performs well and client is also satisfied about the talent's performance, the client can raise the request to the recruitment partner to transfer the same talent to their direct payroll. This recruitment method is a combination of both "demand hire" and "direct hire" methods, and it assures that the right talents are hired to their organization.
Perhaps the talent is working on the project without giving the option of hiring by the client; the talent will continue as an associate of the recruitment partner and get engaged on the projects of the same client or to the other clients.
